Miss Mop

Miss Mop is an amazing company!! This was the first time using this service iv never had a cleaner before, I was returning back to work after my maternity leave I just found I needed a little help around the house to keep on top of everything. Miss Mop came to our house to see what help I needed, the size of the house and to match us up with someone who would suit our family well, the match was perfect our lady is amazing she is so kind, easy going and accommodating when my toddle wants to try and help or our dog comes for rubs and follower her around the house she is more than happy to oblige. My daughter and dog gets so excited when she comes to the house!! we have started to go out for the morning just to give her some space and I am more that comfortable to leave her alone and she is completely trustworthy, when we return its like heaven the house is spotless, I couldn't suggest miss mop enough they have been a life saver and made a real difference to our family life.

I have been using Miss Mop for several months now following a recommendation from my son. The company are professionals with a very friendly face. The service they provide is second to none. I am rarely in when my clean is carried out and initially worried that things may not be seen to as well as they should be. I could not have been more mistaken. My property is left shining like a new pin, and it always smells amazing too. Tracey is an absolute angel and I feel very lucky that she is happy to put up with a mucky farmhouse and a lunatic spaniel.
I cannot recommend them enough, and if you think maybe I have just hit the jackpot with the lady that comes to me than be assured my son is delighted with his help too. A truly 5* company in every way.

I love Miss Mop and couldn't recommend them more highly. I have used them for years. They are professional, reliable and friendly - Lorna who runs Miss Mop is a joy to deal with. I have never had a problem though the first cleaner they gave me wasn't a fit but they quickly replaced that cleaner with one I adore and have continued with her for years. I have also used Miss Mop for "one off" deep cleans when leaving a property and these are of a very high standard. As I say, I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Debbie, Lorna and the team have been fantastic throughout our long association with Miss Mop - no issue is too small for them to sort out and they always go out of their way to ensure we are happy with the service. Our wonderful cleaner has been reliable, efficient and does a great job, really she is almost a member of the family. I'd recommend Miss Mop unreservedly.
