I had a hot water issue with the boiler.
Vijay came to inspect and diagnosed the problem. He was thorough in his inspection even showed the cause of the issue of the faulty part.

He was kind enough to also fit in a boiler service after the problem was fixed.
Again he was thorough and professional in his process of inspection.

He offered maintenance advice and recommendations.
Also fixed the low heating performance of my radiators in some rooms.

I have asked him to check and issue gas certificate. He was prompt on time checked everything and advise me change one thing for safety reason. When builder done is he issued certificate on the spot.

Vijay came around to do a boiler service for us and have a look at our heating system. Most traders would be in and out. However Vijay took his time to explain what our problems could be with the slowness of heating our home and gave some recommendations.

Would definately use his services again.
