My mother & I had purchased vouchers for the vibrating plates. we went for a 10 minute session & as he signed the voucher he asked if we were having 2 sessions each, which my mother joked saying no as we walked there & back so one is enough, thinking he was just asking in general. Before we started the session my mother changes her footwear & after went to the toilet before walking back.
We were not up there for long but before we walked out the male member of staff accused us of having two sessions, which was completely insulting. His attitude is disgusting and if he was concerned about us using more than one he should have come up & checked rather than approaching us on our way out.
The only reason we will be returning is to get our money back because we do not expect as a customer to be treated in this way.
My mother was most upset about this as at her age she does not expect to be accused of such a thing.
He has been a bit rude to me previously but being a laid back person I thought I would give him the benefit of doubt. Not this time!

My Wife recently went to Shrewsbury Miruji Beach and had a two hour course of treatment - When the treatment was finished she was in a very relaxed state of mind - BE CARFUL - she signed on the document for £61 per month = £732 per year for Two hours per week - when she got home she wished she had only signed up for about 1.5 hrs per week. So I went in and asked if they could reduce it to about a £500 per year and they refused point blank with the attitude that "tough" she signed on the premises so it cannot be revoked - VERY sharp practice - We are both retired, both do charity work, and only have one single works pension - NOT happy
