Really disappointed

recently purchased a phone from Mera Phone, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by misleading product information. The salesperson claimed the phone had 4GB RAM and 64GB memory, but upon checking, I discovered it only had 3GB RAM and 32GB memory.
This blatant discrepancy is unacceptable and amounts to false advertising. I feel scammed and deceived.
This was my second experience with the shop. I will never ever go to this shop again.
I want back my money.
Note: the phone actual price is 60£ ipurchased it from Mera Phone 140£. Because I don't know about the phone specification.

Hi there I appreciate your feedback and understand you are frustrated with this matter, unfortunately we cannot lie or give our customers misleading information as when we sell a brand new phone it comes in the sealed box with all the information about the phone on the box. you had bought a brand new phone from us which means all information were available on box regarding the phone and you had also bought a cover and a screen protector. if your commenting regarding the price yes you can find the same phone cheaper but will either be used or refurbished. you bought the phone on 10/10/24 and after 3 weeks to return and get a refund after the phone had been used for 3 weeks which means it cant be returned as a new phone as it’s used now. I hope you understand

Great service. Highly knowledgeable, instantly diagnosed my iPhone hardware issue, went out of their way to demonstrate the issue and show me which part needed replacing; all done very quickly and for a fair price. I would definitely go again.

Happy to Recommend Mira phones

I chose to take my water-damaged iPhone to Mira after reading reviews of several phone repair shops. I now understand why Mira’s reviews were so good. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and clearly knowledgeable and I got my phone back in a couple of hours.
