Having experienced poor builders on previous projects, we obviously were nervous how this project would go, we should not have been as John and his team were amazing from day one.

Punctuality and productivity was second to none – even on the days when the weather was not kind to them.

The standard of work was amazing and John and his team ensured that every part of the construction was to the highest standard. Have to add, we were very impressed with the care and attention to detail they showed during this build, which meant we had the confidence to just step back and let them create our dream.
Also have to mention on how tidy they were, at the end of each day everything was cleared away and rubbish bagged up and removed.

Contacted them and arranged an appointment to come and quote for some work we need done. No one showed up at the agreed time and no contact to explain why. Have tried calling again and left messages but still no response. Poor customer service and will be looking elsewhere.

I had moved into a new apartment and needed urgent work doing on the bathroom. John and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, especially considering this was my first experience of requiring building work. They fitted an entirely new bathroom including walk-in shower, new toilet and sink, spot lighting, and heated towel rail. They also fixed a serious problem with the floor where an old leak had rotted away the foundations. When unavoidable issues occurred John informed me, gave me options, and advised me on the best option to move forward with. They come highly recommended with fair prices.
