Top level training, Rob and Minimal Fit are outstanding, I've had the privilege of training all around the World and always when I'm in London come back to Rob.

I particularly like the variety in the training he offers and I feel stronger and leaner for training with him. (Unfortunately no-pain no gain, so because the workouts are effective I REALLY feel them...)

The nutrition coaching and food advice is brilliant too because it's customised to you personally. Looking forward to many more sessions!!! Cheers!

Very professional and deep subject knowledge

Rob from Purpose FiT has really helped me to loose weight and add some muscle. He designed me a training regime and meal plan that I could actually realistically stick to - especially given my distaste for cooking! It wasn't some crazy plan that I would just drop after a day. He has a very detailed knowledge of the biology behind weight loss and muscle gain and is also extremely reliable.
