Mini Cab in Sutton Town

Called the day before to book a taxi for 0710. Taxi did not arrive so I called and was told the taxi would be 10mins, called 10mins later and taxi was still 2.5miles away. My complaint is that the taxi firm would have known well in advance that they would be late but no one called to let me know. If they had have done I could have made other arrangements and not have been late. Instead I stood at the door waiting for over 20mins. Roads were clear as its half term so no reason for driver being late other than squeezing me on the back of an airport run. If you can't fit in a job then don't take it.
