Many people are on a path of self-development, to be the best person the can be.
My path over the last 20 years has been from being an unfit, overweight sedentary accountant, to someone who needed 5 major operations, to emerge ultimately as a healthy and fit 68-year-old. Graham has guided me along that path for all that time; cajoling me into exercise in the gym back in the 90’s, enhancing the hospital-prescribed physio plans and supervising my rehabilitation in the 00’s, and since then guiding me through my eating regime and encouraging me to exercise in a way that suits me and fits my goals. The result is that I have never been as healthy, fit and self-fulfilled in my life.
The thing is, besides helping me to develop, he has developed himself all through that time, studying, doing research and applying his findings.
The result is that he is able to adapt to many people with a wide range of needs. If you need to change, best give Graham a call.

Top class training & weight loss

Over the years I reckon I’ve tried every ‘diet’ there is going.

I’d been a lose weight/ gain weight; get fit/ get fat guy for most of my adult life.

Graham helped me see two really key things:

First - that diet describes what you eat and isn’t something you do for a few weeks to shed a few pounds.

Second - you need to be strong to get the most from your cardio.

I joined Graham’s 14 in 4 programme and then carried on with personal training over the web for most of 2018.

Graham helped me recover some fundamental strength that, to be honest, I’d written off.

He also helped my lose 3 stone in 3 months (which has stayed off 😁).

He’s great fun to work with and infinitely flexible during sessions.

He’ll kick you and cajole you in equal measure to help you be at your physical best.

I can’t recommend Graham highly enough.

Graham helps me with advice about my diet and also helps with my training and has given me a really great programme to work out with he has loads of good advice in all areas and a really great listener I would recommend him to any one .

Don’t go to the gym, go to Graham. So much easier, more fun and personal.
Highly recommend the online #14in4 program.
When we first started, husband & wife, we couldn’t anticipate the benefits of the online program. It gave us a flexibility to even join in while on holidays.
Graham is incredibly knowledgable, patient and great fun to work with. His knowledge stretches from understanding the body, movement, nutrition and the mind.
Service he provides is outstanding.
