Milligans Bakery

I worked there for a few months years ago and my husband helped out cleaning the trays, he was told to clean them outside using a jet spray on the ground, not in a clean sterilized area outside on the ground, hence being re sprayed onto the outside ground -100000000% unhealth and contamination, totally non acceptable hence left company don't know how they can still be in business noticed they are not retailing in the North East wonder why or do I ask?????

Called into the bakery next to sunderland railway station for a coffee, the place needs a good clean, the light fitting had dust and grease on them hanging over food, plus one shade is broken. The trays on which the baked goods are displayed had old food baked on them. The employees were shouting a conversation at each other, I personally did not want to know their personal business. The whole place needs a good clean. After seeing the grease and grim on the display cabinet I cancelled my coffee and went to a takeaway that was clean
