Millets

I must say EVERY time I go into Millet's on Fleet high street I get world class customer service. The two sales associates I regularly speak with, gotten advice and purchase suggestions from are Kendra and Prabash. I have to mention them by name as they are a credit to the shop and although I've not always gone away with the specific item I went in for I've always come away with something else that I've worn and found more than ideal for purpose. I'd been thinking over a pair of Peter Storm walking boot/trainers for several weeks but due to them being end of season wasn't able to get a pair in my size. I eventually bought a wonderful alternative pair, used with a pair of boot socks every day. I'm in the shop each time I come to Fleet and more than happy with the dedication, friendliness and expertise of the staff there. I've previously worked in customer service at luxury brand level in a London department store for 10 years and the staff there have nothing on Kendra or Prabash.
