Poor customer service

1
Item was sent out for delivery, but got the status of ‘refused due to damage’ when I clicked on tracking. Nothing even tried to be delivered to me so not got a clue what’s going on.

Been waiting 2 days for an update now and still not had anything back! Very poor customer service

das scooter

Phoned Millercare when my dads scooter got an electrical fault. Engineer came out within a couple of days and showed us the problem. Broken male/ female connection. Scooter was 18 years old difficult to get parts. Cost of engineer callout was £65 usual fee for all callouts in todays market.
Dad decided to get a new scooter and they supplied him with one within a couple of days.
So far the service has been excellent .

Never again will I use this company.

Good company if you don’t mind being overcharged. I rang to say my stairlift wouldn’t work and was charged £75 for a mechanic to come and show me where it had switched off. This extra switch which could easily be knocked on accidentally was not in an obvious place and had apparently happened to other people. When the lift was installed this was not mentioned. I would have thought they could have advised me to check this over the phone. I had to crawl upstairs on my hands and knees until it was ‘fixed’.
