Depending on who are you. Landlord yes, tenants definitely not.

If you're a Landlord trying to keep your tenants money I highly recommend! Lady, very rude....but what can you expect, she only gets 130£per hour to share with boss, I wouldn't even get up in the morning for this little money! They don't bother to compare the before and after photos, just add "worse than normal usage of certain time" and voilà your tenants money is now your money! I wish I could include some pictures but I can't.

Inventory check in and out

I was given Umit for both the check-out and check-in inventory. She was punctual, friendly and efficient.
The report for both check- in and check- out were detailed with plenty of clear photos. I had each report within a few days. All my queries were sorted out promptly.
Just one thing to look at, the report used too many pages. There must be a way of condensing the sections.

Best Inventory company I've come across

Miller Inventory Services has never let me down. Their clerks are very experienced, professional, and friendly. Their reports make it so easy to go through the inventory, and their notations on tenant/landlord liability help avoid deposit disputes. I've used many different inventory companies for properties I manage across London, and they are the best I've come across. I can't thank them enough, and I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service I received (as a private landlord); excellent communications from start to end and prompt, cheerful and helpful service. Pleasant and businesslike check-in and a high quality detailed inventory produced quickly and accurately. Good value for money too. Can highly recommend.
