Poor Business Practice

The operatives working on behalf of this company are on commission and therefore place tickets on cars which are not in breach of the companies parking signage.
As a customer of Atlantic Cladding Swansea I was given a ticket after just five minutes of my car being parked in the Atlantic Cladding car park without any violation of their signage.
This in the long run will be detrimental to Atlantic Cladding as a business
It is also a waste of time appealing to Millennium Group as their internal appeal system is a farce.
They will reply to your appeal letter via email, the email they forward you is a standard company template which does not address any of the points raised in your appeal documentation but merely states their code of practice.
The company should be investigated by trading standards.
Any business looking to take on their services would be strongly advised not to.
