Great Disappointment

The customer service received was a great disappointment. on arrival of the sofa it would not fit through the doorway, even after previously mentioning to the staff the size of the doorway, and they had guaranteed it would. They refused a £1000 refund to my 90 year old grandma who became very stressed as she had saved for years. They continued to say it wasn't their problem we and needed to sort it. No care or empathy was shown, and we have now contacted the Trading Standards.

Supply quality products which you will pay a premium for.
They suggest the top end price includes an excellent after sales service. but sadly when put to the test, after sales service is non existent.
My advice, source the identical product from a cheaper supplier.
