Miles of Tiles

Great service and choice of stocked tiles, we only had to wait 2 days for the bathroom items to be delivered!! Really pleased and will definitely be back when the kitchen is getting done.

We organised a complete bathroom refit. The tiler ordered floor and wall tiles from Miles of Tiles early February and allocated the week commencing 10th March to fit. On 23rd February we were told tiles would arrive "next week." Plumber removed all sanitary ware in preparation. On the 6th or 7th March informed there had been a problem with production. They would arrive 18th or 19th March so re-tiling etc. rearranged. Still no tiles. Having asked for regular updates we ended up repeatedly chasing up Miles of Tiles for information. They were next due to arrive by 28th March; tiling and plumbing rearranged. Informed on the 28th that there was still a problem but should arrive by Tues 1st April. Dates rearranged. By the 1st April no definite date of arrival could be given and so we cancelled the order. We went to another supplier and had our tiles within 2 days but because of previous commitments the work cannot be completed until at least 25th April.
