Used Doug and his team for a planning application and refurb of joint commercial and residential property we were purchasing. Doug did a great job and just what we were after, communication was really great right through the design and application process. Everything was efficiently managed without any delays. Doug outlined the whole process from start to finish and gave us a detailed plan around both his costings as well as what the overall project cost would be.
