We are an independent electrical retailer based in Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands and have been trading since 1987. We serve Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham, Coleshill, Lichfield, Tamworth and Walsall.

Mike Fletcher, the proprietor, has been working in the TV trade since 1972. We offer sales, servicing and repairs on all types of Televisions, including Plasma & LCD, DVD, VCR and Audio equipment.

We also deal in Telephone Systems, Telephone extensions and internal wiring fault finding for the home and small business and structured data networks for private residences and small business.

We pride ourselves on offering a personal, friendly, caring and efficient service to all our customers. We specialise in assisting those that are not so technically aware to enjoy the latest audio-visual products without the headache!

Absolute disgraceful service . Wanted to book an appt . He said he would get back to me with a date and time and didn't. Had to call back next day to chase and got told I would be given half hours notice as to when he could come out. I asked if he could be a bit more specific on the time as I was working and needed to come out of work and he put the phone down on me .DO NOT USE

Mike came the time he stated, he pinpointed the trouble strate away, done the job, and cleared the mess up.Found channels that I never knew.If there were 10 stars, I would have awarded them. Price was right.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service. All work was carried out promptly and to the highest quality and well priced . Our Sony tv has been given a new lease of life when we thought it may not be repairable. Our repair receipt came with a full detail of all works carried out too .
