EMPLOY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!

BUYER BEWARE! In my opinion this is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Within 24 hours of completion, two shelves had collapsed, serious leaks occurred. The most serious of defects (and there were many), was due to shoddy work and faulty fitting. They were reluctant to attend to rectify the faults. There were so many problems with this kitchen, that I had to employ a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors member at a cost of hundreds of pounds, to produce a totally independent report in which he condemned the kitchen and suggested an entire removal of said items and a new kitchen installed. This is still an ongoing situation as none of the faults mentioned have been rectified. The company still refuse to enter any meaningful negotiations to remedy the dispute. They claim their head office is at 218, High St. Lye, Stourbridge(?). This is in fact a near derelict, unoccupied premises. I suggest that you employ Midland Tops or any of the associated companies at your own cost!

A company we would certainly recommend

After calling several other companies and having them failed to turn up, we almost gave up when we stumbled across Midland Tops. They were professional from the off and visited us at home without any fuss. Their price was fair, and the work was done without any headache. They turned up when they said they wold and left our kitchen clean and tidy. We wold certainly recommend this company to our family and friends.
