What amazing service!!! I telephoned at 9.15 this morning, was given an appointment for after 1 pm. The engineer arrived at 1.52 pm. Job done by 2.15pm. Amazing. My thanks to your excellent company.

Needed a new cord on my vacuum cleaner , while it was there it had a check over and service now works as good as new, what a difference, quick and friendly service at a good price

I was looking for a part for a tumble dryer but they did not have one in stock but supplied one from another machine for a price which I would describe as absolute bargain. Will certainly use them again and recommend them

My Bosch Washing machine started leaking at the weekend and I was recommended to try Midland Domestic (who are only just down the road, I must have gone past the place countless times without noticing!).
I phoned them on Monday morning, a very polite and helpful lady arranged for the Engineers to visit later that day.
They arrived on time, examined the machine, said what they thought was the problem and gave me an estimate. They took it back to their premises, fixed it, bought it back on the Wednesday and re-installed it.
All for the very reasonable price of £84.
It's very refreshing these days to find good, honest, reliable tradesmen - these guys are the real deal!

I called the company in the morning to look at our faulty Hotpoint washing machine. Phone call received later to say the two engineers we on way and they arrived during the afternoon. Having listened to our explanation of the fault, the machine was checked for any electrical issues. Having removed, checked and refitted a lock section, the washing machine was checked again and worked perfectly. My wife and I are grateful to the two engineers who told us it was a common fault. As pensioners, they could have been told it was something really expensive and we would have had to pay for their work. It's a pleasure to see such honest workmen. Thank you.
