We switched to Mid-Sussex vets in 2012 and both us humans & our pets are the better off for it !
The reception, the friendliness, the flexibility, the surroundings, but most importantly the level of professionalism, advice & care are so much better than where we were previously. Our dog actually gets excited & rushes to get into the building !! She has even done this for a post invasive surgery check-up, so despite feeling tender, she still couldn't wait to go back. I trust my dog's instincts, they're more highly tuned than mine & if she's happy then I can't make any higher recommendation than hers, as she obviously feels genuinely cared for.
