Failing to live up to his 20 year guarantee. He needs to return phone calls. Said he would come to rectify problem, & I am looking to give him more business. Must have phoned 8 times in the last 7 days, nothing. I certainly would not recommend this man anymore ( have done on 3 occasions ).
The next letter he will be receiving, will be off my solicitor.
