Excellent service - so helpful in identifying the parts I needed for an urgent plumbing job and suggested some additional items 'just in case' that I could take back if not required - brilliant! And the shop is full of materials and tools.

Microbore - what a great service! Tej (hope that’s how you spell it!) offered to pop my parts through my door as he was on a trip to my area and I was out at work. He then came past again when he was in the area looked at my problem and identified the correct parts (I had mistakenly ordered the wrong thing), refunded me the difference and provided a great solution. What’s not to love when a business will go the extra mile like that? Definitely recommend without hesitation.
