Went to the shop with my broken Dyson 🫣and was delighted with the service. The fault was diagnosed and repaired with the fitting of a new part within 20 minutes of my arrival. Absolutely delighted with the service and would recommend.

Washing machine seal

Needed a new seal for our washing machine as our washing machine was leaking. I was told they didn’t have the seal in , but it would arrive after 12pm the next day. I rang to check it was in and it was. I went to collect it and the gentleman in the shop asked if we had checked the bottom of the machine that you can remove lint etc from, as he did not want me to pay for a seal if it was that. I phoned my husband to check this. He found 7 pence and a button , but no leak. We bought the seal and fitted it. The gentleman in the shop was very helpful on the phone and in the shop. Thank you

Incredibly helpful Staff

Rang Radfords on several occasions regarding LG washing machine water pump.
They not only were cheaper than Ebay & sent out promptly, Mick was extremely helpful re removal & fitting. 100% would recommend
Wish we had a Radfords in my Town.
