M.O.T Nightmare

Mechanical staff knowageable and helpful. However office staff go out of the way to make sure you don't come back very unhelpful, aragant and self important. Our experience was good untill having to deal with a miserable individual on the phone. Will definitely not be returning.

I have used this garage for a full service, MOT and some follow up advisories and have not experienced any problems. They don't have main Dealership facilities its just a good family run business and based on my experience extremely busy so they most be doing a lot good work at sensible prices as they seem to be getting plenty of repeat business!

Poor poor service

Hi to everybody reading this please beware this garage is a joke,don’t really know where to start to much to describe so I’ll have to bullet point it.
No communication at all
Van injector replaced took 2 weeks
Price rose from under £400-£619
Guy at desk dishonest
Untrustworthy
Unpolagetic due to 10 hours work taken 2 weeks
Lies
Please guys these are a joke if you want to try them for maybe a tyre change they maybe able to pull it off but apart from that the parts they charge nearly double for and of course there not bothered for the inconvenience they cause you and the moneys you lose a simple apology wouldn’t have gone a miss and if your gonna charge more pick up a phone and let the customer know(very basic customer service) so thanks guys you made my experience with you really unprofessional and really poor.

Hi, Whilst we admit that the task took longer than we would have liked, the injector you asked us to remove was welded in to the head the additonal time we took was to allow treatments to soak and remove the injector rather than the additional cost of removing the head to fix the issue. also as explained to you at the time we actually only charged you for a fraction of the time we spent on the vehicle as an apology for the delay, plus we didn't charge you the additional labour for fitting the EGR valve. We however sorry you felt the way you did.

Swift attention and professional service.

I rang up out of the blue to ask for assistance with my car's air conditioning equipment.
The girl who answered listened attentively and then explained how they could assist and I was invited to call round straight away for an assessment.
It turned out that the problem was swiftly fixed whilst I waited.
The time passed easily reading a magazine and drinking the tea I was given.
Top notch service.
