Michaela Wickens Hypnotherapy is located in a clinic in Southampton, we also offer online sessions worldwide. I offer a free initial 30 minute telephone consultation, which is completely free from obligation, to access your needs and how I can help you. Hypnotherapy has enabled me to really put my beliefs, skills, and passion into practice. It enables my clients to uncover the true reason for the problem they are facing, to deal with it gently and safely and so change their thoughts, actions and feelings in the most positive ways.

For long as I can remember I have had a natural ability and passion for empowering people and helping them to overcome obstacles in their lives. I continue my professional development regularly, attending regular CPD workshops and deepen my knowledge and skills with further training when I feel drawn to.

I’m pleased to offer Client Centred Hypnotherapy incorporating N.L.P and EFT in a relaxed and friendly setting.

Michaela is absolutely incredible at what she does! She makes you feel so at ease and reassured and I was able to get to a place where I felt the best I have in years! The treatment works so well and the coping methods to use in my own time are hugely beneficial. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and already have done!

Meeting Michaela - a life-changing experience

Having put on a considerable amount of weight over the past few years and having spent a lot of time and effort trying hard - but very unsuccessfully -to remedy this, I recently contacted Michaela. Her very professional, but so warm and approachable, manner put me at ease immediately and after just the first session I felt confident that she would help me achieve my long-term goals. Over the next few sessions she did this and so much more, and I now feel confident in my ability to progress going forward. I continue to feel invigorated and in control of all those extra, and continual ‘treats’ which I realise I always craved. Also, not feeling hungry all the time or that I’m missing out on anything is the best feeling ever. Thank you Michaela for helping me get ‘me’ back again.

Exceptional Service and Caring Professional - Michaela Wickens Hypnotherapist

Michaela was recommended to me by a friend. Having suffered with pain and sensitivity in my face for over 9 years and having spent that time and money investigating the cause I was left not other option but to take prescribed medications. Michaela is an extremely professional, caring and exceptional person who made me feel at ease right from the start. She has help me get my life back and I cant thank her enough. Since our sessions I have been able to come off my medications and start living again without fear of crippling pain and anxiety that it caused. She has put me on the road to recovery and supported me every step of the way. Not only does she help cure but she also follows-up and provides continued support and advise in the weeks and month after the sessions. The recordings I was given to use continue to help me at home. My experience of the service and help Michaela has given me has been a revelation for me and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and her services to everyone.

Amazing and positively life changing.

Can't rate Michaela highly enough. She got me out of the rut of an uninspiring job, in a workplace I hated and with people who I started to lose respect for. It's never you though is it? It's everyone else. But acually the issues lay with me. I had serious anxiety, low confidence and full of self doubt, all stopping me moving forward personally in business and socially. I was always negative and stressed.
Michaela was compassionate, caring, and so easy to work with. Im doing really well now, back to my old self and really happy with life. And now? I like my work, the people I work with, I'm much happier in myself and enjoying life to the full. Michaela helped me get rid of the barriers I didn't see and that I had personally put there. What she does is truly amazing and great value. I got hours of care from her and at an up front agreed price; not an hourly rate that can put more stress on you. Really worth calling and having a chat with her first (at no cost). You won't regret it
