Michael Jones Jeweller

Michael Jones took delivery of my most precious object, my late fathers watch, for repair & subsequent restoration. The level of service was beyond first class & they truly went above & beyond. Liaising with the manufacture in Switzerland on the details of the repairs & my concerns over the restoration. No easy feet with COVID delays. Special mention to Abbi who allayed all my fears.

After reading the other reviews I feel inspired to counter act some of the negative responses. I became one of there customers after they generously donated an expensive necklace to a local school fun day. I have now been shopping with them for over 15 years. Never once have I felt pressured to buy, and always felt valued from both of their shops in Northampton. They are know for quality and originality, If you are shopping for something special there is only one place I would go.

I read the reviews on here and must say this is not the service I got from michael Jones Jewelers. I’m just an average person and have bought 2 watches from their stores and a gold necklace in the past. All times they have been professional and delivered with quality goods. Some of the reviews on here does not tie up with my experiences in store. I love local and have window browsed a lot in their shop as well and am always treated like a potential costumer.

I live under 3 miles from the jewellers and have lived in Northampton all my life. Family have always gone to Michael Jones but as I do not live next door and spend millions I am neither loyal or local. I have found another dealer who wants to sell me a Rolex I have saved for. Hopefully they will change the email they send out and ask if someone is local or not, funnily enough my address was not on email so why would you think I am not local :-). This is what was sent to me:

"This watch is in very high demand, so much so, that the current interest is exceeding the limited supply and we are prioritising loyal customers in our local area. I believe that this may be the case at many authorised Rolex dealers"

Had fantastic service from Luke who I have dealt with previously. I went with the intention of deciding between two Longines watches and ended up leaving with both!

Great service from a top team with fantastic customer service. I will be back soon for my next.
