10 out of 10 great service at such short notice

These lads did a great job for me today, called on Sunday as I had been let down by another company. They took the items from my old house tipped them and came back and took stuff from my new house. All very reasonable priced and they were considerate to my home and very pleasant and polite. considering I only rang them at 9:45am he was with me by 11:30. I couldnt recommend them enough all in all 10 out of 10

Totally Unprofessional!

After reading so many great reviews, I didn’t hesitate to get in touch with MGM. What a mistake! They came out and removed about two thirds of the rubbish we agreed. I uploaded a fair two star review on here and got a text asking me to remove it and they would come back and complete the job. There’d been a family bereavement and they wanted the work leading up to Christmas. After going to the lengths of contacting Yell to remove my review they still haven’t been to collect the remaining rubbish. It’s now been over two weeks and several texts chasing them up. Absolute time wasters and scandalous that they can get away with it.

MGM Waste Disposal - A company to be avoided

MGM Waste Clearance is the worst company to be avoided at all costs. They can't be trusted and have let me down very badly. They refused to hand the keys back to my house causing me to have to change the locks and costing me a lot of money.
