Metal Gates

He is very rude and unreliable after receiving his payment. He is only friendly and reliable before taking his payment.
I have some problem with the driving gate which he did for us, since last year I called him more than 20 times when he answered phone he would tell me he is coming the next day but he would never come. sometimes when he would know it’s me calling him, he wouldn’t answer his phone and I left for him multiple voicemails. But he never gets back to me I called him yesterday and he told me he would come tomorrow at 12pm,
but unfortunately he didn't come again and didn’t even answer my phone and my text messages
He does not even deserve 1 star. He has very poor service and is extremely unprofessional. Do not ever hire him

Fantastic guy is Alfie, very helpful. I have had three gates fitted before but his service is 5 stars. I wish I had all the gates fitted by his team. Lovely service. He did the job in less time than agreed. I was happy to pay more but he refused. Very genuine. Friendly but yet professional. Dr Raj

I went for small job to make a cutting tool and paid him the fee he asked for. He ruined my tool and told me to try it if it doesn't work. He will do a work around. When I called him later to get that tool grinded further as it is not doing it's job he was sarcastic to me over the phone when I repeatedly asked him what he did you say, he then told me to come the next day. Next day, upon seeing me without even asking what the issue was, how do I want the grinding to be, he reacted so harshly and continuously using the 'F' word. I even told him to not use this language and don't be rude but he never stopped. I deserve this kind of treatment to give him business. When he cannot keep up his word he should not promise the customer. Showing the evil side of him when customer complaints describe his nature. He is nothing but an arrogant individual who is after your money not giving service or respect in return. 

Very rude and bad attitude after taking payment. Customer service is Zero. After sale service is getting ourself humiliated with his abusive words and and inappropriate tone. He does not even deserve 1 star.......PLEASE AVOID!!!

Had a Juliet balcony fitted by Alfie and team at Metal Gates. Did a fantastic job. Would recommend him to others for a quality job and at a good price.
