Merton Military Fitness specialises in one to one personal training. Our trainers focus on functional movement and all the components of fitness to get the best from our clients.

Merton Military Fitness offers personal training indoor and outdoor in Wimbledon, Morden, Raynes Park and Putney areas. We cater for males and females of all fitness levels, age groups and abilities. Sessions involve warm ups, interval training, games, battle ropes, TRX suspension, kettlebells circuit training and stretching/flexibility. Our instructors are friendly and will make you feel welcome when you arrive. You will also be introduced to the other members of the class.

Our personal trainers work with clients on a one to one basis to get the best from them and to achieve their own personal goal. This may be weight loss, specific sports training or general fitness. Our trainers are also specialists in nutrition, weight loss and work with special populations such as post natal, pre natal, diabetes, back pain, asthma, heart conditions and GP referral

Effective and extremely fun

I had signed myself up for my first half marathon and signed up to get 1:1 training with Kenny (Merton Mil Fitness). He tailored the training for me and my goals. I had to work really hard in each session but it was worth it because I got really fit and got the race time I had been aiming for.

I would recommend this to anyone of any fitness level. If you want to get fitter, or have any goals/races you want to prepare for, this is great. It’s fun, effective, motivating, and you get good results.

Fun and varied exercising outside - perfect!

Since training with MMF I've seen a dramatic improvement in my overall fitness. The varied sessions are exactly what I love. I'm not a gym person so training outside is perfect for me. Being a cyclist I've seen a huge difference in my endurance and core strength. I am constantly challenged and encouraged to push myself which is what I need.

I have been using Merton Military Fitness for over four years, and in that time, I have lost weight, become toned and can now run without becoming breathless, he has changed my whole outlook and from shunning any type of exercise activity, I now grasp anything that they throw at me.

Heart pumping and total body workout.

Like a HIIT class but outdoors! A focussed and intense training session with Kenny who can with such immediate ease and skill, adapt the workout to every individual whether it be a 1:1 session or a group class.All done with humour and support. I really did see big gains from my fitness and strength and I totally enjoyed the sessions.
