Easy to use online order system. Fuel arrived within 24 hours. Owner personally messaged and thanked for custom. Driver was very polite and helpful. Fuel is of high quality, great heat output and good value. Will be using for all future fuel needs - great local company if you burn solid fuel at home on the Wirral.

Reading previous review was surprising and not my experience. Once only in several years has an order not arrived,I phoned the store was given profound apologies and order came next day as promised. I have only gone to the store once ( free delivery Wirral ) no problem with service, with regard to delivery drivers have only found them cheerful and willing to go the extra mile . Recommended without hesitation

Have used this supplier for the last two winters.

Spot on service and delivery to Neston.

The bulk buys on solid fuel are a very good price. Definitely recommend.

consistantly poor service

I have visited this shop from time to time over the past 10/15 years. The staff more often than not have been unpleasnt and largely unknowledgable. As a result I always go else where. I had decided to give Mersey fuels a go given they are a local business despite being run by the same people as the main (flying dutchman shop) and I shouldn't have wasted my time, the delivery was late, the deliverer was unplesant and yet again very poor customer service from the shop staff. Never again.
