Why take on-line orders not to fill them?

Placed an online order at 1740 to collect at 1830.
Arrived to collect it and the order wasn't ready. The customer in front ordered what I had ordered. I advised the lass that I had ordered the same to collect, she ignored me served them and then expected me to wait longer for my food.
Asked for a refund, no idea why offer an online service if you don't fulfill it
, I won't be going back and have been a customer for a long time.

I'm a bit of a fish and chips addict and I've found that the food from Merrills is the best in Sunderland that I've come across so far. Their food is properly cooked, tasty and the portion sizes are good (not excessive but, not so small I'd complain either).
Fish and chips - spot on. Sausages, pies and sauces - all spot on too. I've tried their donner kebabs and they aren't too bad either to say this isn't really a dedicated kebab shop.
