Lazy Conmen! Do not use this car wash!

I asked for the £12 car wash which was wash and dry hoover and polish. Been to a festival so asked him to take the two bags out the boot to hoover the grass out. Returned home and the grass is still there as well as mud around the interior.
He had "no change" for £15 so I ended up paying a pund extra- all fine no biggy.
To return to my car and find that nearly £4 of change was gone and to be told "it was dirty so it went up the hoover" only says to me that these are disgusting little thieves.
That is all.
