Rang to arrange a trip to collect from Oxford to Walmley and return three days later.
Taxi arrived on time on both occasions, Drivers were helpful and friendly.

Taxi booked a few days prior for collecting our son from Oxford, he received a text to confirm, another to say taxi was on its way and arrived on time. Requested the same driver to take him back. Comparing the cost with train fare and taxis to and from the stations, we will use Mercury next time,

Taxi arrived within minutes of calling it. Driver was helpful and polite. There was a hold-up due to an accident and the driver tried to get me to the ICC and as quickly as he could. I shall use them again. Thank you.

Really helpful, friendly, always on time, never let me down.
I have been without a car recently and sometimes needed transport at short notice, Mercury cars have been brilliant, it would have been so much harder without them. Trips to / from hospital, mad dash to the train station in rush hour to name just two. Fabulous.

Taxis never arrive on time

When it was just Mercury the service was excellent. Since they’ve gone into business with Busy Bees the service is appalling. Booked a cab a week in advance to go to Villa Park for the Springsteen concert. Taxi didn’t show. Two phone calls later and were told half an hour…45 minutes late…we cancelled, got an Uber to the station and went by train. We cancelled the return cab we’d booked.
