Service from this garage very bad. They refused to swop my personal number plate over and then tried to hold me to ransom for the document to be returned after i had changed the plates 2 days prior to change so was waiting for the dvla docs to arrive, They wanted to charge me £1000 until this £80 form was in their grubby little hands, i refused and they then asked for £250 which i eventually got back. refused to give me a proper receipt. I have requested service docs that were not in the car and they are now hiding behind GDPR to not give me the documents. So having spent the money buying the car 3 weeks ago, they want proof that i now own the car prior to letting me have the past service history.

Very poor technical support

Terrible service. I was standing there for 20 minutes and not approached by a single sales person. 2-3 of them just standing around having a chat so I just walked back out.

Very bad treated , I order a diesel car and after 3 weeks of drive me mad delivery petrol one , of course I didn’t take it, stay away from this company.

absulotly rubbish. we got the car(glc 2017) from them never show us the car, after paper work we realized internali car is completely dameged, hole on ceiling broken window botttons faulty sterio. we toke the car to them few times all the time they said dont worry we will fix that, now after 30 days now they says its your responsibilty it wasnt like this from first day and team up to run away, even last time we been there one of them said yes it was there but they should say who should pay previous owner or mercedes but now thay says you should pay
dont trust any of them and any thing they say about now or future.
