Popped in to see gary about my tyre as it had a nail in it and he repaired it straight away for me saving me money on a new tyre. Very friendly and honest.

Damaged Alloy

I got my tires done by him and when he done them one of my alloys were damaged quiet badly. I did take pictures beforehand luckily but it did get said that he didn’t do the damage. He then offered to repair which I was thankful for, he asked me to take it to the shop and when he had it he smoothed out the damage, so the marks were visible but smooth to surface. And then he made excuse after excuse that he couldn’t find the colour to match my alloys, but I could find it straight away. Still to this day he hasn’t messaged me to repair, and still to this day my alloys damaged. Its frustrating because not long before he done my tires I had my alloy’s refurbished.
I must say I’m not pleased with the customer service at all and I will infact be taking my car and my money some place else.
I wouldn’t bother going out of your way to get any work whatsoever done to your car by him.
