Excellent Service and workmanship

We were very pleased with Mendip Memorials when they recently restored our mothers stone that has been in Chew Magna graveyard for 50 years. They also added some additional wording we wanted. They were thoroughly professional, did an excellent job and a very good price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We offer a wide range of traditional and contemporary memorial designs and inscriptions and renovations, through out the Bristol/Gloucester and South West regional area.

Mendip memorials is located in the heart of the Mendip hills. With over 10 years experience in the monumental masonry trade, this family run BRAMM (British Register for Accredited Monumental Masons ) registered business prides itself upon producing high quality stone memorials and masonry work through out the Bristol/Gloucester and South West regional area.

We offer a wide range of traditional and contemporary memorial designs and inscriptions produced using many different types of quarried stone, at very competitive prices. We work in all civic cemeteries, churchyards, gardens of remembrance, and places of rest. We can also arrange for export of memorials for overseas placement.

We understand that due to its transient nature viewing via the web is not always the best when looking for a stone appropriate for your loved one. We therefore also offer a free full colour memorial brochure posted to you should you require, please do not hesitate to contact us via telephone, post or email to request a copy.

We offer no obligation home visits, or you are able to visit our new showroom, located just off M5 Junction 21.

All our work is fully guaranteed for a 10 year period for workmanship, and 30 years for safety.

Truly thankful for the beautiful stone designed and laid.

Incredibly impressed with the sensitivity shown throughout the whole process. We were shown patience, compassion and understanding on each of the visits to the office and in emails. Multiple options and designs were offered until we got it just right and at a price that was the most competitive in the region for the service offered. The final stone was beautifully created and laid exactly in time with the proposed deadline even with all the barriers put in place. I highly recommend Mendip Memorials and I am truly thankful for the amazing work they did at every stage.

Restoration triump

Mendip Memorials have provided a 1st class restoration service to a family gravestone.
The white marble and lead lettering were in a poor state with lichens and stains since 1913 . We had hoped for any improvement to the appearance but were utterly thrilled at the end result which far exceeded our expectations.
The company are very approachable and explain in detail the possible outcomes depending on the condition and type of stone used for the memorial. All the stone chippings were replaced as well as the cleaning of the headstone and surrounding sides and footplate.
From start to finish we would give them a score of 10/10 for a professional, friendly and sympathetic service.
