Mend Massage Therapy

Having seen Sarah regularly for a longstanding weak point on my back, I can only sing her praises. I have very tense muscles and pain in my shoulders and legs, and a friend recommended a deep tissue/sports massage to ease the pain. I have had 2 sessions and I am absolutely addicted to it! The service is fantastic, friendly and professional throughout, and the therapist placed my mind at ease from the start of the session to the end. Excellent massage provided relief to my long time sore back - from bad desk posture and more recently the odd positions you get into looking after a new baby! The care taken was reassuring and the full hour was thoroughly utilised with the provision of are really full therapy. The level of professionalism and knowledge was apparent throughout and the advice offered during the session was great. It was a relaxed environment and great that you can park there.
No hesitation in recommending Mend especially now while we might benefit from taking a bit more time on wellbeing.
