Mellulahs founder Saira Francis, has been working with Complementary Therapies since 2004 and is now based at the beautiful secret hamlet of Luccombe Farm in Milton Abbas, Dorset. Saira is trained in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Holistic Massage and as a Reiki Master/Teacher and Archangel Healer. She has practised yoga and meditation for over 20 years and now teaches Hatha yoga with influences from Vinyasa Flow and meditation based on Tibetan Buddhist and Zen teachings.

Our Stillness Retreats, give an opportunity to calm the mind, find the peace and silence we need to open our hearts and listen to our inner wisdom. Yoga, Meditation, Sound healing, therapies, counselling, vegetarian meals, all in 4* accommodation with heated pool.
