Horrible staff ruined our day out
1When we tried on the outfit, the lady serving us made my mum feel embarrassed about herself, and she came away feeling belittled and self-conscious. My mum is a size ten. The lady was trying her utmost best to make comments about her being big, telling her she would never even fit into a size 12, let alone a size 10 (my mum left with a size 12 dress). She kept making horrible remarks about how she didn’t look good in any of the dresses and that everything looked too tight on her when the outfits were too big. It was like she was trying with everything within herself to make my mum look bad.
