Having purchased our spa Ben & Terry came to collect it on time and did a great job in removing it, through 2 very narrow gaps and a very sharp bend, taking great care to not damage plants in borders and our property. Both are really nice guys and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks very much.

I needed my hot tub removed at very short notice when we moved house as the Buyers did not want it. I could not find a company locally who could remove it at short notice. Megaspa were very reliable and responded immediately. They emptied and collected it despite the distance and snow conditions. Money was transferred into my account immediately.

Not having used our hot tub for months, we decided to sell it. Megaspas agreed to buy it and apart from a tiny hiccup over collection date, I can only praise them.
They let me know what time they would be arriving and they were a really pleasant couple of men.
It wasn’t the easiest of removals due to the location but they were really professional and knew their stuff. I was amazed at how expertly they conjured the hot tub out of the garden and down the neighbours driveway.
If the rest of the company is just as professional, I can thoroughly recommend them.
