Not recommended really rudely speaking after delivered they didn’t assemble not picking the phone

Terrible company . Chuckle brothers would put up a better shed than these lot . Doors don't close . Used photos of my shed to sell it to other customers even when there's faults with it .

Further to my review - I now have to report the shed is still leaking and the contents of the shed are now covered in mildew. I have had to empty the shed and I cannot use it. Contacted John wanting the shed removed and a refund as the shed is not ‘fit for purpose’ but he won’t answer phone calls or e mails. Not a great advert for this company. Really disappointed . Feel I have been taken advantage of because I am an elderly widow who they consider is not a threat to their company

I had a shed purchased and erected by this company in September. T(e very next day it ra8ned and the shed was leaking everywhere. After several e mails and telephone calls they did come and put some sealer on the inside of the shed but unfortunately the shed is still leaking and this is December. Have contacted the company again as there is suppose to be a year guarantee so I will wait and see if I get a result . Will come back on here if I have a successful ending to report

They fitted a shed in October 2019 glass broke had to be replaced roof leaked and they came out to fix it which it still carried on leaking rain in the roof has now gone spongey so will prob need a whole new roof and we paid for the none rip felt which has now ripped rang up to be basically told not my problem u will have to fix it yourself after care is shocking avoid with all cost I will be putting reviews on trust pilot my husband is disabled so how I'm supposed to fix this I don't know I feel like I've been completely ripped off !!! Please please don't fall in to same position as we have !!! going to be on phone to trading standards at 9 am Monday morning
