I went here as they were recommended as avian experts. Trip to have a sick backyard hen looked at cost me £60 for which the chicken was put down - was also sold deworming powder for £55. Afterwards I found the retail price in £25. I have asked if I can return the unopened medication and this was refused. £115 for one chicken to be euthenased when my own vet charges 25!! Bitter does not even cover it.

We were referred to Kynoch in Yateley as our Boxer had been identified as having a heart murmour (Easypetcare) the referring vet guessed at a grade 3 and after nearly half a day of attention by the heart specialist at Kynoch in Yateley this was confirmed. Both the specialist vet and the receptionists at Kynoch Yateley were amazing, They spent so much time and attention on the issue and left no stone unturned. The only small issue was the staff chatting and laughing near the room the procedure was taking place. The dog was supposed to be kept calm and they were making so much noise but it all turned out fine.
