Medivet Clerkenwell

I have gone back to my old vet as I took my geriatric cat twice and she never got examined as the vet didn't introduce herself to my cat and just pulled her gums up to have a look and of course my cat Hissed and she refused to deal with her, then the next time I got to Bloomsbury for an appt only to be told they had forgotten I was coming and I then had to carry her to Clerkenwell and she was sick in the box and very stressed and they refused to examine her again, so I took her back to original vet in Amwell ST and he managed to examine her and do blood tests. now she needs medicated food and I have just called Medi Vets to see if they have her food in stock only to be told the Bloomsbury practice is closed again due to lack of staff. They consistently not competent

Having a very sick dog at 10pm at night we googled emergency vets and found Clerkenwell animal hospital. a call to Anna the vet on call led to us taking our one year old Staffie in a near collapsed state to the hospital to meet Anna. she was very professional and reassuring, our dog was admitted and Anna stayed in constant communication as did Mark the senior vet who was called in the middle of the night to assess our dog. we received constant updates from the vets and vet nurses the whole team are so dedicated, caring and obviously view their work as a calling not just a job - we cannot fault the care and love shown to our dog Louise by the whole team. after 3 days we were able to take our Staffie home. I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough - the facilities are top notch and the team fantastic. when we needed them they were there for us

She just doesn't know how to use the word to customer. My cat couldn't eat anything for 2 days. I said throughout or nose or sinus, something wrong. She said nothing wrong. no medicine and treatment for it and my cat was suffering some kind of pain. Eventially my cat got back by herself after struggling eating for a week though… I really cannot for give K saying 'I've got emergency here, I don't have time to be here (consulting room} I was pushed out no answer of possibility. Do you think her consultation worth £40?

Everyone at the Clerkenwell Animal Hospital has been consistently attentive and caring towards my soon-to-be fourteen-year-old staff Taz. I had gone to another veterinary practice in the area and was told that his aggressively cancerous tumour in his front leg could not be treated unless I was willing to amputate -- essentially informing me that I would either need to remove the leg or wait for him to get to a point where he would need to be put to sleep in the next year or two.

Despite this, I decided to bring him to the Clerkenwell Animal Hospital after looking at their site wellanimals.com, where my partner and I were treated with respect and attention by Mark, Alex, Sharon, Zoe, Martina, and the rest of the team. We were made to feel welcome, and were always kept thoroughly informed of options and procedures from the very beginning and throughout the process of the tumour removal without the need for amputation.

I owe my dog's life, and the hopefully next few years of health, to God for having given me a gift just to say "I love you", and to Mark and his team, who had the courage to undertake uncertain surgery in
order to remove the tumour. Nothing's ever guaranteed in this life, but so far all tests and biopsies have been very encouraging indeed. As a result, I have my faithful companion back, now almost completely healed after very deep and complicated removal of the tumour.

We wholeheartedly thank Mark for having taken on Taz's case just because -- as he has put it -- he simply wants to see my dog live longer; we thank Alex for the attentive and careful follow-up care; and we thank the entire team at Clerkenwell for having looked at Taz not as a mere animal, but as someone's pet who is loved, valued, and very much appreciated.

Our French Bulldog likes to get into no end of mischief and occasionally this has resulted in a visit to the vets. I have to say clerkenwell animal hospital has always been there when we have needed them. Always extremely proffesional, great at dealing with both emergencies as well as the day to day stuff. Mark, Alex and their team have found the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness ensuring our pup gets the best treatment and we are kept calm and aware of everything being done. My partner and I would highly recommend this vets.
