My family and I have just come back from our Umrah trip Alhamdulilah. Our trip was organized by sister Madiha who I can not thank enough. May Allah reward her and bless her. She was extremely helpful and responsive at every point. We had an emergency at one point and Madiha responded to us in the middle of the night. We needed to change our flights home suddenly and again, Madiha was there for us at every step of the way. She even stayed in the office late to make sure our tickets were issued and that we had everything we needed. I will 100% be organizing future Umrah trips with Medina Tours and have recommended this company to friends and family. They have dedicated, patient and committed team who I trust fully.
