1/5 - The service is now a train wreck after the move to the current premises!

Lost prescriptions, always blaming the doctors surgery for mistakes, long waits, it is a total lottery if your prescription has been made up in advance (most times I have a long wait for it to be made up while other people collect their made-up prescriptions immediately) ... I could go on. It is not just me both my wife and daughter have the same problems

It is obvious to see that they cannot cope with the workload - you can see into the dispensing area and it looks absolutely chaotic! And does not inspire confidence. I only use them as they are convenient to where I live

Was 5/5 BEFORE the move to the current premises

Very poor service since move. I drop off a prescription, collect it over a week later and they still want you to queue to collect it as if you were waiting for the medicines. When I protested this and questioned the need to wait I was treated as if I were unreasonable. Unless they rethink this system I will be going elsewhere.

Failed to give me my prescription did not follow the instructions provided for the prescription or understand the process then blamed my doctor for the failure

Medicines promised delivery not received on day /time .

Very helpful staff and the pharmacy is still open when others are closed.
