Me Time Holistic Therapy

Welcome, my name is Catherine Kingsnorth. I have 18 years’ experience in the beauty and holistic industry. I am an executive member of the Holistic Association called IPHM International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. I am fully qualified and insured in: Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Body Massage, Hot Stones Massage, Meditation/Mindfulness Coaching, Aromatherapy, Chakra and Crystal Therapy.

The past 8 years, my focus and passion has been solely within holistic therapy. After the loss of my dear husband in 2015, holistic practice has greatly helped to get me and my amazing 3 children through some very tough times. I am fully dedicated to holistic therapy; I literally live and breathe it! I specialise in Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. I feel extremely blessed to help clients feel more relaxed, listened to, rebalanced, and feeling more secure and positive about their lives. There is no better feeling than hearing and seeing their feedback after their relaxation treatment. As well as working with clients at my home treatment room, over the last few years, I have had the pleasure in working at large companies offering office Indian Head/Desk Massages to employees. All my treatments are bespoke to each individual client, I am dedicated to ensuring my client receives the best treatment that is tailored to their individual requirements. I am passionate about helping to relax clients, alleviate pain physically, emotionally, and mentally and support them in living their best lives just as they deserve.

My treatment room is a beautifully tranquil, warm, and calm environment. It is candle lit with diffused aromas of essential oils, luxury heated massage couch and heated massage chair, fully equipped with fresh warm towels, blankets, heated mitts, relaxing music. I do not do back-to-back bookings as quite often my treatments over run!
