After being let down by other plumbers, I phoned Mark. He came out to see the job the same day, during his lunch break. Quick & efficient he explained exactly what the job entailed, removed the 2 offending radiators straight away, & arranged to have the new ones installed the following week to allow time for me to repair some damage to the walls behind. BE AWARE! Bad Tradesman! 7 months passed! Job is still not complete! Had to replace tiles due to bad workmanship! Had to fork out more money to replaster! Now we have to pay a tiler again to finish the job!!!
From the very first days, an employee went to a disconnected toilet and left a mess.I felt sick when I had to clean this. Very often they pee into the other toilet and never flushed. His tiler came and tiled the bathroom twice and was still terribly done, nothing could be installed because the walls were uneven! Everything was stripped out! They caused a lot of damage to the house. Since April we are still waiting for a certificate from the high-pressure water tank. We live in constant dirt, dust and eternal protection of the floor. The owner of this company neglected everything he could! He was not interested in checking the work of his employees! Wasted money, time,stress and constant arquments with my husband because of such bunglers!

Fixed the water leaking from the pipe from the boiler in the garage, leaking pipe in bathroom that was leaking through the ceiling into the garage and replaced an old rusting oil tank. Excellent service. Kept us updated throughout and quoted a price before starting and kept to it. Extremely pleasant to talk to. Also fixed the toilet as it was refilling very slowly. Can't recommend Mark enough. Very professional. Work completed to a high standard.
