The electrician I used in the past let me down and was up against it finding someone, so quickly posted a job on mybuilder.com.

Marcin replied within minutes, I explained the situation, he visited and quoted same evening. Next day he was round and started rewiring the living room.

MDM Electrics were punctual, courteous, professional and any other adjective you can throw into the mix and could not be happier with the result.

They take pride in what they do and never take shortcuts. The job included 11 double sockets and a few singles for good measure, chasing down walls, moving light switches around and spotlights in the alcoves. They wired for the surround sound system, internet and TV aerial under floorboards, so no cables are visible.

I was stuck without a cooker for Christmas. Marcin managed to fit me in and wire up my new cooker for me. His price was reasonable and he did the job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Marcin was very helpful in resolving a fault that had developed with our downstairs sockets. He was very methodical in his fault-finding and talked through the various solutions. I was so pleased with his work and his overall approach to work that I invited him back a week later to do a couple of extra jobs. Again, he talked through the various solutions and said "you are the customer - I will do what you want." This I found quite refreshing - previous tradespeople only give one solution, usually the one that suits them. Marcin's prices were reasonable and he always provided updates if he was running late for a booking.
