Michael is a phenomenal trainer and a great person. I had initially trained with Michael for 10 weeks and have now returned back for more sessions with him. He is so friendly and helpful, and each session we train a different muscle group.

I suffer with bulging discs in my back and neck which causes me sciatic pain in my leg, and rotator cuff syndrome in my right shoulder since May 2012. I never seemed to get anywhere with doctors or physiotherapists so was amazed at the changes I saw in my strength and weight each week.

Michael was very patient with me, answered all my questions and he kept me feeling motivated. He also kept track of my diet throughout and I couldn't thank him enough for how much better I feel in myself.

If you want a trainer that is truly invested in your own person success then Michael is for you.
