Our family received wonderful care and service from Diane McGinn throughout this sad time. From that first phone call, a few hours after Dad passed, when we were not sure about what to do, and all the arrangements up to his burial, Diane was able to offer us all the advice we needed and at just the right level and times so that we could make our decisions feeling comfortable. Mom really appreciated the home visits from Diane and the thoughtful personal touches offered with such empathy and understanding. And we also received perfect care and attention from Thomas and his team on the day of the funeral and the reception to church the day before.
We can wholeheartedly and confidently recommend McGinn & Sons as a family firm who clearly have a wealth of experience, but most importantly that caring and personal service which meant so much to us.

We are so glad that we selected McGinn & Sons to arrange the funeral of Diane, wife and mother. The care, compassion and support provided by Diane and Thomas was exceptional and so very rare nowadays. Excellent support from McGinn’s

The personal attention and care they gave us when my dad passed away was exceptional. Support at this very difficult time makes all the difference and the time they gave us on every detail gave us real comfort. In his last few days we made preparations which was difficult however this meant that when the time came they were prepared and gave us the support we needed quickly and sensitively. I would highly recommend doing this where it’s appropriate. The caring family approach made all the difference to us and I would highly recommend McGinns Funeral Services.

Thank you for your personal touch

We would highly recommend McGinn & Sons for the personal touch. We were impressed with the care and professionalism from the initial phone call through to our interactions with them following my husband's wake. It really does feel like a family business and we appreciated that Diane and Thomas always referred to my husband by christian name. A small touch that felt very personal and reassured us that they were treating him with care and respect.
During a time that we were at our most vulnerable, they were a safe pair of hands. We were kept up to date and had confidence that they would give my husband the send off he deserved. We were grateful that through McGinn & Sons we were able to arrange the entire funeral, without dealing with multiple third party suppliers. We were particularly impressed with the level of detail and care they had over arrangements - from checking routes to the crem, triple-checking the order of service and music selection, etc. Thank you from the whole family
